Refund Policy for Coaching Services

At Retail Rituals, our goal is to provide you with valuable insights and actionable strategies to help you achieve success in your retail business. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Coaching:

  • Single Sessions & Packages: All sales of single coaching sessions are final. Once a session is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Mastermind:When you enroll in a program (including the Retail Rituals Mastermind), you’re committing to a transformational process—not just a product. I pour time, expertise, and energy into each client relationship from the moment you sign up, and in return, I ask for your full commitment to show up and do the work.

That said, I deeply believe in mutual respect and clarity.

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out before your program begins, and we’ll review your situation together to determine next steps. No refunds will be issued once materials have been accessed, sessions have started, or mastermind participation has begun.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You’ve reviewed the offer details and understand what’s included.
  • You’re responsible for your own results and participation.
  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.


2. Cancellations:

  • If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled session, the session will be considered used and no refund will be issued.
  • In the unlikely event that Retail Rituals needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.

3. Digital Products and Online Courses:

  • All sales of digital products and online courses are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products, including downloadable materials, templates, or courses, due to their instant-access nature.
